Responsibilities
- Communicate with both the dispatcher and the service advisor regarding progress on repair orders
- Perform repairs specified by repair orders.
- Keep the dealership clean and maintain standards regarding safety.
- Ensure that work adheres to quality standards in place.
- Communicate with the Parts Department about parts needed for repairs.
- Road-test vehicles after carrying out repairs to ensure auto components are functioning as they should.
- Follow factory bulletins to stay aware of any manufacturer updates they contain.
