This is the first maintenance interval for your Acura, so be sure to start with adherence to the recommended maintenance intervals by getting service as recommended. The 7,500-mile service includes several inspections and a few basic services. These inspections include the cabin air filter, air conditioning refrigerant, battery testing, brake lines, hoses and connections, exhaust muffler and pipes, brake pads, calipers, and rotors, steering gearbox, boots & linkage, lower arm ball joint, and upper arm ball joint, suspension mounting bolts, and vacuum hose. The 7,500-mile service also includes engine oil and filter change and tire rotation.
At 15,000 miles, Acura recommends several services, including cabin air filter replacement, engine air filter replacement, tire rotation, and engine oil and filter change. 15,000-mile service includes most of the same inspections recommended at 7,500 miles, plus the fuel system, fuel lines, hoses, and connections. Drive axle boots and seals, inspect and adjust the drive belt.
At 30,000 miles, Acura recommends repeating the inspections and services included in the 7,500-mile and 15,000-mile services.
At 45,000 miles, Acura recommends the inspections and services included in the previous maintenance intervals, plus a parking brake inspection, rear differential fluid change, and brake fluid exchange.
At 60,000 miles, Acura recommends repeating the inspections and services included in the 30,000-mile service, plus an automatic transmission fluid exchange.
At 75,000 miles, Acura recommends the same inspections recommended in previous intervals, plus a rear differential fluid change.
At 90,000 miles, Acura recommends the same inspections and services included in the 30,000-mile and 45,000-mile services.
105,000 miles is a significant milestone, with major inspections and services recommended. Acura recommends a thorough multi-point inspection, rear differential fluid change, timing belt replacement, and spark plug replacement.
