San Antonio Riverwalk

13 million visitors stop by the San Antonio Riverwalk every year, and it’s not hard to see why. It is free to visit the riverwalk, but there are costs associated with some of the activities, boat rides, and attractions. Go Rio Cruises provides boat taxis, boat tours, and private dining boats, so you have a variety of ways to explore the scenic riverwalk. You will also encounter numerous shops and restaurants along the way.

Because the riverwalk is 15 miles long, it does not have an address. The San Antonio Riverwalk is located near the Shops at Rivercenter, at 849 E. Commerce Street.

The Alamo

While you are in San Antonio, a visit to the Alamo is a must. It’s one of the most popular places to visit in San Antonio. You can book a tour of this historic site, which also hosts a variety of events throughout the year such as a summer camp for kids, book signings, and more.

You can also register for a variety of different walks, such as Sustainability Walks, the Native Plant Walking Workshop, and more.
