A Message about COVID-19
A message from our President, Adrian Davis, about the COVID-19 challenges affecting businesses and daily life worldwide. Here at Sterling Acura of Austin, we take the health and safety of our customers and our employees very seriously. We are following all of the recommendations from the CDC and local authorities to be sure we are doing our part to mitigate the spread of the virus. Our entire team are taking the following steps in every department and in our showroom:
- Every employee receives a daily temperature check
- Every employee has been and will continue wearing a mask for your safety and theirs
- Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer
- Regular wiping down of door handles, telephones and all surfaces throughout the dealership
- Regular sanitizing of our restroom facilities
- Regular sanitizing of our customer lounge areas
- Hand sanitizer placed throughout the facility, including all Service Consultant workstations, and in restrooms
- Temporary curtailment of handshaking among employees and with guests
- Any employee with symptoms will be sent home for testing and self-quarantine
- In particular, every member of our service and detail departments will complete detailing by wiping vehicle door handles and properly sanitizing the entire interior passenger cabin of every vehicle
